The thing every working parent knows
You drop them off, and then there’s a gap. A whole day happens without you in it: the first time they shared without being asked, the moment they fell asleep mid-sentence, the tiny disagreement over a toy that got sorted out before you’d even find out it happened. You get a version of it at pickup, if you’re lucky and someone remembers.
What changes
Check in whenever you like, and it’s already there, not a recap staff have to remember to give you at 5:30 when they’re also handing three other children back to three other parents. Photos, notes, milestones, the ordinary and the memorable, logged as they happen. And when a staff member actually needs to reach you directly, not just log the day, you get a real message thread, not a missed call chasing you between meetings.

Family isn’t one login
A grandparent who does Tuesday pickup. A parent traveling for work who still wants to see today’s photos. A co-parent who isn’t in the building but is absolutely still raising this child. We don’t force your family into one account: everyone who’s actually part of this child’s life can be part of their day.

Not every family member needs the same access: a pickup-only contact isn’t the same as a parent with full visibility.
Something worth keeping
Every observation, every small milestone your child’s key worker notices (tagged, dated, organized) becomes something real over time. Not a form filled out for compliance. A record of who your child was becoming, month by month, that you can look back on years from now.
